EP56: Pssst - Where's the Beef?

<p>Another week has slipped on by.</p> <p>Thanks for showing up!</p> <p>When we left off last week, we spoke about identifying your skills.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is needed for a few reasons.</p> <p>First of all, imposter syndrome is real and inhabits most people. It causes a lot of discomforts, and can, if allowed, derail a career before it even starts.</p> <p>Ever been there before?</p> <p>Nobody wants that.</p> <p>I don’t!</p> <p>I assume you don’t!</p> <p>So we talked about how to stop it in its tracks.</p> <p>It involved looking within.</p> <p>This is where we have to look at the skills that are already present.</p> <p>No matter what it is that we want to do, we have two main choices available to us.</p> <p>We either have the skills, or we do not.</p> <p>If we don’t have the skills – you know – the ones we want to share, of course, we would have to train ourselves to learn them.</p> <p>That may seem like the worst thing, but in reality, it does something beneficial.</p> <p>Let me tell you a story.</p> <p>HEY - Listen in - It was a REALLY good story!</p> <p>========================</p> <p>If you think you know of some improvements that could be made, let me know.
