<p>Today’s guest is former AFL Footballer Lance Picioane. &nbsp;Having worn jerseys for Adelaide, Hawthorn, and North Melbourne throughout his days as a professional athlete Lance was somewhat unknowingly battling his own demons around mental health and anxiety which lead him down the slippery slope into substance abuse and suicidality… &nbsp;</p> <p>These days however, Lance puts his passion into embracing fatherhood and making an impact with his not for profit foundation Love Me Love You, which launched in 2013.
