She the author of &quot;Designing Data Governance from the Ground Up&quot; through The Pragmatic Programmers, she is a Service Designer at Steampunk (which is a human-centered design firm serving the federal government), the Founding editor of Springer&#39;s AI and Ethics journal, and an Adjunct Lecturer of Interactive Design at The George Washington University.
