<p>Welcome to the Hearts & Stripes podcast!  Have you heard of the CARE Method?  This is my proprietary method that I use when working with clients and through my own personal goals and challenges.  Today I am giving you a crash course in the CARE Method so that you can apply this action plan to your life and relationship.  Grab a pen and paper and let’s get to work!</p> <p> </p> <p>DISCUSSION</p> <p>What do you want to CARE about?</p> <p>C- Careful Consideration</p> <ol><li style="font-weight:400;">Get a clear vision of what your goal looks and feels like.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Consider the cost of how to attain it.</li> </ol><p> </p> <p>A- Assess the Foundation</p> <ol><li style="font-weight:400;">What stories, beliefs, or feelings may get in the way of you reaching your vision?</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">What do you need to address before you can truly CARE about that thing?</li> </ol><p> </p> <p>R- Reinforce the Structure</p> <ol><li style="font-weight:400;">What type of support do you need to keep you on track to CARE?
