<p><strong>Accumulating anger and dissatisfaction! “Modern Slavery “, says the doctors !</strong></p> <p><strong>The movement started early June 2021 in Facebook, as a call to request for the government to respond to their needs. It is a protest against the current flawed contract system that has caused tremendous dissatisfaction amongst the contract medical staff, especially during this over-working pandemic time. The lack of job security, uncertainty in career advancement, unequal pay and benefits, and over-working over the years have caused this strike.</strong></p> <p><strong>26 July 2021, the doctors went on strike in the morning as their demands were not taken seriously.
