Ep 96: Danielle Robay Puts A Spin On Pretty Smart

<p>Sometimes your naïveté in a given situation works in your favor. Such was the case when <a href="https://www.instagram.com/daniellerobay/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Danielle Robay</a> booked a one-way ticket to Los Angeles to “work on the internet,” for what she believed would be the new era of news media. Boy, was she right! As a journalist within the entertainment reporting industry, Robay caught a few lucky breaks, interviewed some celebrity dogs, lived in her grandmother’s friend’s garage, and managed to make a name for herself through her tenacity and grit. When Robay was younger, her dance teacher told her, “if you feel like you have to pee or you have nerves, it means you care.” She still carries this motto, and as the host of the PrettySmart podcast and an E! Entertainment Television segment, to this day, she still feels those butterflies before an interview (We get you, Danielle. So do we.).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Danielle turned the tables on us and asked questions about all things podcasting and getting through the tough times.
