Ep 93: How to Be the Mentor You Wished You Had

Sure, they'll learn how to use the electronic medical record, find important departmental phone numbers and how to place a consult, but something far more valuable and so desperately needed in medicine now is a mentor. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Few things are more empowering for a person's professional and career development than a great mentor. A good one can guide a person through the sometimes uncertain waters of medicine.
