This film was previously released back in 2020 and follows the story of Tsuneo, a college student who is working multiple jobs to achieve his dream of diving into other oceans in search of a certain fish, and Josee, a dreamer, who lives her life stuck in a wheelchair. This romantic comedy-drama film was animated by Studio Bones, who have animated other famous works such as &quot;Mob Psycho, My Hero Academia, and Space Dandy&quot;.
