Description

Happy Mindful Monday Everyone!

In this week's episode, our host Allie Brooke discusses coping strategies she has learned from therapy to calm the angry mind. Allie talks about how to deescalate yourself from an argument and how to find solutions. Many of us go into an angry mind fueled with emotion and impulse. The key is to pause and calm the anger to reach a point of logic and empathy during a disagreement. Having a strong inner dialogue is a major skill to develop, where you can still be assertive but also understanding. Remember the goal is to communicate feelings and boundaries in order to grow. Shouting and grudges lead to more shouting and grudges.

Allie’s Socials

Instagram:@thegrowthmindsetgal

Tik Tok: @growthmindsetgal

Twitter: @MindsetGal

Email: thegrowthmindsetgal@gmail.com

Hey Growth Mindset Gang!

If you subscribe to the podcast, you get access to extra episodes with no ads that include specific Q&As from the audience.
