<p>There are many areas in our lives that we can cultivate to move from surviving to thriving, but none is more important than our heart.</p> <p>And for years I lived with a hard heart. A heart that was easily offended. A heart that looked at others with judgement. And as you will hear on this episode it hasn’t been an easy journey to move from a hard heart to a soft one, I hope that what I share will give you a few ‘aha moments in your own life where you can identify areas in which your own heart may have hardened.</p> <p>Did you know I send out “regular-ish” emails?
