Ep 5: Grounds Crew Lead

<p>Personal development is super critical if you want to go to that next level in your life, and being aware of your natural and adaptive behaviors is totally game changing. Especially being aware of your adaptive behaviors as you usually express adaptive traits when you have to do something that you didn't necessarily plan for or it wasn’t on your schedule.&nbsp; That’s why in this episode we talked heavily about audibles.</p> <p>On the show today, long time extreme execution coaches, Coach Ash and Coach Ant reviewed the adaptive behaviors conversation from last week and added a few nuggets about audibles. Audibles is a last minute play call usually in football where, although the play was confirmed in the huddle, the play is changed at the line of scrimmage. In other words, the game of life throws things that you didn't plan for and the question is will you execute? There's a new play, can you execute it? Coach Ash mentioned how she had to adapt to leading a few accountability calls and she led them very well and on short notice, we also gave a shout out to Jamie for being a phenomenal grounds crew.
