<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Today we speak with Coach Paul Casey. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">After spending his teenage years, 20’s and early 30’s in and out of incarceration, he made a huge mindset shift.  When his mom passed in 2013 he gave up on life and went down a very dark hole which eventually led him to a fork in the road, he had to change everything or end up dead. The day he finally reached out for help was one of the hardest yet most freeing moments of his life. By participating in every self-help group or college class offered and reading every book on physical, mental, and emotional health he could get his hands on while still in prison, he changed his mindset and the direction of his life.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In his mother’s honor, he now helps people transform themselves into their healthiest, happiest, and most confident selves. He has helped 100’s of people get in the best shape of their lives. He is the owner of A Better You Fitness LLC and creator of the Better Body series.  He is a certified personal trainer through ISSA, certified Group fitness instructor through ACE, certified OTF coach, water Rower, and TRX Certified.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this episode we discuss. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1) This episode dives into all things addiction, time in prison, self-worth, and connection.
