<p>Two New Testament books bear his name and he is referenced in several of Paul’s letters, but what do you really know about Timothy? He makes his first appearance in Acts where right off the bat he is asked to make a personal and physical sacrifice for the sake of the Gospel. Whenever we are asked to sacrifice a right for the sake of the Kingdom the overwhelmingly vast majority of Christians will decline, but not Timothy. What about you?
