<p>Gregory of Nazianzus stood for Nicene Orthodoxy when the fight was the strongest. This Church Father devoted his life to defend not only the Doctrine of the Trinity against Arianism. He also stood against modalism and Christological heresies. Gregory was also called "the Theologian" for his great oracles on the Trinity which survive today.
