Ep 4.13: I won't sit for this any longer

<p>Hey folks! &nbsp;Just a quick update. &nbsp;I had a slight injury and the ID of the problem is not what you might expect from a runner. &nbsp;On the mend now but steps have been taken (pun intended) to make sure this doesn't happen again. &nbsp;Enjoy!</p>
