<p>Sophie Grigson is a food writer and celebrity chef who has written over 20 cookbooks. Her TV career began in 1993 with the award-winning 12-part series Grow Your Greens, Eat Your Greens for Channel 4. Her latest series, Sophie Grigson: Slice of Italy, is on the Food Network and is available on Discovery+. She has written columns for the Sunday Express Magazine,&nbsp;Evening Standard, the&nbsp;Sunday Times&nbsp;and&nbsp;The Independent and she won the&nbsp;Guild of Food Writers&nbsp;Cookery Journalist of the Year Award in 2001.
