EP 330 | Visual reminders of success

I am a VERY cerebral person. Meaning, I need things spelled out very succinctly and in a very obvious way. I’m also an enneagram 9, which means I love to stay in my comfort zone. So goal achievement has ALWAYS been hard for me in my business.<br /><br />Now in things like sports, I’m good to go. I'm pretty atheltic, so I've been relatively good at most sports I've tried. Again because I'm a very cereberal person, it's very obvious with a sport if you've accomplished your goal. You etiher win or lose. There's no gray area, only black or white. <br /><br />With business, because I’m in charge, there’s no one really holding me accountable. Goal achievement isn't so obvious, and unlike with sports, running a business is not something that comes naturally to me.<br /><br />So, I created a visual reminder of my sales this year so I can clearly see if I am actively reaching my goals.
