EP 322 | Buying back time

Being an entrepreneur requires you to think about problems differently, and then it requires you to do differently. Which is why it seems so foreign to focus on your time, if you want to make more money.<br /><br />In today’s episode, I share with you how one of my 1:1 clients got more time back, and made more money, by hiring a VA and spending her time on more revenue producing activities. When you want to make more money, you should focus on how you’re spending your time.</li><li>Track your time. One way to see how you are spending your time is to track what you’re doing. There’s a great app called Toggl where you can track your tasks throughout the day. I suggest you do this for at least a week.</li><li>As an entrepreneur, you’re creating your own system. So that requires you to think differently than you’ve previously been taught.
