Lets start today with a little meditation to cleanse the aura, If you can please wash your hands before you start. Just pause this meditation then we shall begin. we constantly exchange energies with the people around us, and our auric field gets weaker picking on people’s negative emotions and energy. As a result, you may feel stressed, anxious, irritated, impatient, and even develop a negative outlook towards your life. Your immune system may also take a beating, settle your eyes down and put your hands on your hearts centre Lets begin by taking three deep breathes focusing on your tummy raising and falling as you breath out, your diaperm activating . We are going to start with the aura combing exercise spread your fingers out into a comb like shape and as you breath in raise both hands up over the head where your hands stretch out above your head and as you breath out push down with your hands to your side I want you to imagine what colour your aura is…and when you repeat this method, the colour thats surrounding you gets brighter and brighter as you start to breath in raise your hands travelling from your theighs to your hips,, past the stomach to the chest over the shoulders to the neck and past the face and push out like your washing away all the negative energy, and we repeat it one last time, your aura is always around you protecting you from negative energy, we will now repeat a mantra that resonates with you, like I am grateful for health, abundance, and happiness. or I release all energies that do not serve me. I am filled with love, light, and peace. Sit comfortably and close your eyes, then slowly chant your mantra aloud 10 times. Next, quietly say your mantra to yourself, just moving your lips. Continue saying your mantra to yourself without moving your lips for as long as you want to meditate It’s normal for your mind to wander. That’s okay! Simply redirect your thoughts back to your mantra. * Experiment some chakra meditation, grounding your energy and connecting yourself
