Ep. 288: AEW’s “Who We Are” with Josiah Williams

<p>It’s a new week and we brought the flow on a brand new episode of <i>Tights and Fights</i>!</p><p><a href="https://twitter.com/JDeanWilliams">Josiah Williams</a> is the voice and creative force behind the rap project “Wrestle and Flow.” After years of it mainly being a personal project, he gained new notoriety by getting a job with WWE and NXT. </p><p>Now that he’s no longer a part of the company, he’s able to take on tons of new projects. Including the album of “Who We Are: A Celebration of Excellence” from AEW, where he raps about Mark Henry and Red Velvet.</p><p>Plus, Josiah will tell us about some of his favorite wrestling stories for the week.
