Going by Comparably, a company that measures Diversity Scores, Netflix has an 83/100 - pointing to a commitment to diversity in both the entertainment they create and their organizational culture. Today, I sit down with Shrishti Behl Arya, Director, International Originals at Netflix and the exec behind Ghost Stories, Chopsticks, Yeh Ballet, Guilty, Maska and more.
