<p>Gary Steensgard joins the show this week! 23 year US Army veteran who spent most of his service as a recruiter finding the best talent for the Army has now transitioned that experience into being a leader in employee relations. This past year with the Covid-19 pandemic his years of service has prepared him to handle these type of situations better than most.
