EP. 266- Maintenance & Evolution [QUEEN BEE APPROACH]

Today I'm sharing with you my EASY & JOYFUL maintenance philosophy (even if you're not 'at your goal' yet, this episode is a must listen!) <p>I’m tackling the topic of MAINTENANCE and ‘maintaining results’ from a refreshingly new lens.</p> <p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">One of the most frequent questions that I get is this:</strong><br /> <strong data-stringify-type="bold">‘Brenda I know how to LOSE weight, but what I struggle with is maintenance and maintaining those results, help!’</strong></p> <p>I’m telling you now… you might have to listen 2x to this one.
