<p>Did you know that Alcatraz was the only prison in America that gave it's inmates hot water? The hot water was provided to the prisoners not as a luxury, but as a way to prevent them from escaping, the idea being that if the prisoners got used to the hot water, they would not be conditioned enough to brave the icy cold waters of San Francisco Bay.<br>On this episode, Ashdin talks about the idea of freedom, why we feel trapped, and how we can overcome that.
