I got into an online battle with Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., who said that I should be red-flagged and am a good example of why we need those laws that take firearms away from law-abiding citizens. Why? It's because I told him that I would fight against a tyrannical government that would seek to violate its own charter and the Constitution of the United States.
