<div dir="ltr"> <div class="gmail_quote"> <div dir="auto"> <p>We all remember February as the month with Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, and President's Day, but what I learned recently is that February is also national boost your self-esteem month. </p> <p>I had the opportunity to be on a podcast with the queen of self-esteem herself, Psychoanalyst, Maureen Kritzer-Lange, MSW, LCSW.</p> <p>In addition to some old and new steps to boost self esteem listen to a recording from her show called “Don’t Trust the Mirror."</p> <p>Maureen Kritzer-Lange is a Psychoanalyst in private practice for the past 25 years. Her practice focuses primarily on women’s issues and includes working with eating disorders, body image and self esteem, sexuality, life transitions, anxiety and depression.</p> <p>She graduated from the Newhouse School of Public Communications and The School of Human Development at Syracuse University with a BS in Communications and Human Development. She went on to attend New York University where she graduated with a Masters degree in Social Work. She is certified as a Psychoanalyst through the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey (CPPNJ) where she is also a member of the teaching faculty.
