<p>The Artificial Intelligence Tidal Wave<br/><br/>We really can&apos;t ignore it any longer ... the TERMINATOR (Voice over that is), has arrived. <br/><br/>Today, I received, yet another email from a company selling robot voice overs claiming that they have added, &quot;75 new synthetic ‘enhanced’ voices based on neural technology in over 39 languages and variants as part of our text-to-speech voiceover services.&quot; <br/><br/>That sounds good and all, but let&apos;s hear the proof. So I listened to the majority of the voices they allowed me to sample, and I have to say they are still a far way off from the complete takeover. <br/><br/>However, I wanted to offer you a different way of looking at the &quot;Rise of the Machine.&quot;<br/><br/>In my mind, we can either fight the tidal wave, get out of the way, or ride that puppy.
