<p><b><em>Don&apos;t Let Fear Stop You From Growing Your Voice Over Business</em></b><br/><br/>It&apos;s true when they say, &quot;The best way forward is to burn the ships behind&quot;. I think that is so true, but so scary. AGAIN ... that I was a loser. And I don&apos;t mean that people thought I didn&apos;t have value, but that I couldn&apos;t break out from the hole I had dug myself into.<br/><br/>This is true for a lot of us, I think. We have put ourselves into these holes with a little tunnel that goes backward and nothing but a toothpick to dig our way out moving forwards. <br/><br/>My voice over business was a chance to prove those people wrong ... to prove myself wrong ... that I could be successful, <b><em>and fear was the metaphoric hole I had to dig through.</em></b> And what was my toothpick made out of? It was made out of mistakes. The only way to dig forward was using mistakes, and since a toothpick is small, that is going to be a lot of mistakes. <br/><br/>The more mistakes I made, the more the hole of fear was less powerful, and the closer I got to confidence IN MY COURAGE! And that confidence allowed my courage to beat that hole and build an empire. <br/><br/>I know I am using a lot of metaphors here, but I hope that my words can inspire you to give yourself a break and know that you are not alone and you can do it too. All you have to do is use your toothpick every day to move forward.
