EP 197: Caren Plummer

<p>Caren Plummer, DC native, 200hr registered yoga instructor, podcast host and most notably, a true community builder. Caren with a C, as she reminds everyone, is a proud Washingtonian focused on how she can enable community service and awareness through fitness.
