<p>How does a leader communicate effectively? This is the question I explore with my guest this week, David McQueen.<br><br>David has had an incredibly varied background. He's been an accountant, a counsellor, a stand up comic, a public speaker and an executive coach. He has delivered training for a wide range of companies, including the BBC, Bloomberg, Google, HSBC, Deliveroo, Sky, Uber and others.<br><br>In this episode, David shares his thoughts on things like what he didn't like about Steve Jobs' leadership style, what a story bank is and why you need one, and why he plans to increase the number of people of colour who get to speak from the stage.<br><br>Great interview.
