Ep. 189: Life on the Other Side of a Broken and Repentant Heart

<p class="p1">SHOW NOTES:</p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p3">In Podcast Episode 189, “Life on the Other Side of a Broken and Repentant Heart,” Kim discusses the gift of the Lord of an abundant life after a true experience of brokenness and surrender. So many of us stop short of a broken and repentant heart and hope to just nod at God, and He will remove the consequences of our actions. Yet, in order to experience an abundant life, you must humbly agree with the Lord regarding your sin and commit to follow Him wholeheartedly. King David experienced the Lord’s love and favor when he fell upon the mercy of the Lord.</p> <p class="p4"> </p> <p class="p3">The primary scripture text for this episode is 2 Samuel 12:24-25:</p> <p class="p4"> </p> <p class="p3">24 Then David comforted Bathsheba, his wife, and slept with her. She became pregnant and gave birth to a son, and David named him Solomon.
