Ep 17 - The Wealth Mindset Rant

<p>For episode, I wanted to totally just riff on having a WEALTH MINDSET</p> <p>Concepts in this podcast:</p> <p><u><strong>There is a big difference between WEALTH and INCOME</strong></u></p> <p>REVENUE/INCOME DOES NOT EQUAL WEALTH. Real wealth is measured by your NET WORTH.</p> <p>Net worth = Assets - Liabilities</p> <p><u><strong>Define what Wealth means to you</strong></u></p> <p>Does wealthy mean having $100k in the bank?</p> <p>Owning $500k of equity in a property?</p> <p>How would you define being wealthy? It’s KEY to determine what you believe is wealthy so you can work toward something specifically (not continue to chase unattainable goals)</p> <p><u><strong>Expand your definition of wealth</strong></u></p> <p>Think that $1m is a lot? It definitely is, in some areas, but in other areas it’s not much at all!</p> <p>Go to a wealthy neighborhood, look up pictures online -- surround yourself with wealth and expand what you believe is possible.</p> <p>What if you wanted more? Wanting more can expand your mind and much more growth that could happen to get to that next level!</p> <p><u><strong>Vibe Earning vs. Saving</strong></u></p> <p>Wealth is all relative! My current income goal is $1m/yr of revenue, and $5m in net worth, but when I was 24, my BIGGEST goal was $100k as a salary. Expansion is the goal here -- it doesn't matter how much you make, it matters how you continue to expand to grow yourself.</p>
