<p>Negotiations tailored to creative financing. </p> <p>Do you want to convert more deals with Creative financing, or close deals virtually over the phone. </p> <p>Favorite strategies- </p> <p>3 ways to do more deals</p> <ol><li style="font-weight:400;">Put more leads in the pipeline</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Provide creative financing solutions </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Convert more leads by becoming a better negotiator.</li> </ol><p>Build rapport, build a connection with the seller. </p> <p>Talk about -FORD- Family, Occupation Recreation, Dreams.</p> <p>Don’t force Rapport, let it come naturally through conversation. How long have you owned the property? Have you had some issues during that time? If this is not a win/win please tell me because I don’t  want to do it if it doesn’t work for you. I will respect your time and decision.</p> <p>Always answer a question with a question. Always try to ask open ended questions, to let the seller talk. The more info you have on their situation the better you can tailor a solution for them. Find their goal and help them get there. </p> <p>Clarify and validate their objection by repeating it and asking them if that's correct. This builds rapport and they start to trust you because it shows you are listening.</p> <p>Decisions making comes down to 3 things-</p> <ol><li style="font-weight:400;">Motivation</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Obstacle(s) Deal killers.
