<p>Smart VAs is founded by a Filipino based in the United States, Kristy Yoder.</p><p>Being a multi-skilled leader, she humbly worked her way from a freelance virtual assistant and digital marketer to an entrepreneur.</p><p>While working with previous clients, Kristy saw the increasing demand for virtual assistants, which could solve the growing number of Filipinos desiring to shift to home-based work.</p><p>This potential pool of talent struggles with a less competitive salary and long hours of commute due to traffic. Thus, she established SmartVAs. She has built and trained a team based in the Philippines to help more aspiring solopreneurs in the digital space.</p><p>Kristy is also passionate about reaching out to the needy. Before moving to the US, she volunteered for many cause-related activities through local missions and youth outreach.
