This is followed by a discussion on embracing the day.</p> <p>Two Natural Ladies share some information from the book “Carpe Diem Regained: The Vanishing Art of Seizing the Day” by Roman Krznaric.</p> <p>Krznaric discusses how death is no longer talked about. We put our elderly people away and concentrate on the young. This gives us a false sense of ‘living forever’ and can stop us from living each day to the full.</p> <p>Two Natural Ladies has a discussion about seeing each day as new and embracing it.
