Ep 11. I am taking time to INTEGRATE // Solo

<p>I'm taking the time Integrate for the rest of this year.&nbsp;</p> <p>Practicing what I preach, and diving in to my own expansion and growth. I'm going inwards, in the most 'anti-hustle culture' way I can and doing what my body, mind and soul want, to cultivate and embody all that I have gathered this year.&nbsp;</p> <p>As I reflected this past week on what I wanted to achieve for the rest of this year, I remembered how much I have already done! I've done a lot, and I deserve to enjoy that. To celebrate myself, and enjoy the fruits of my labour. ;)</p> <p>I'm sharing with you, where I've been and where i'm at, and all that I have done this year.&nbsp;</p> <p>Lastly, how I hope to show up for you next year....theres a lot happening, and it's all exciting!&nbsp;</p> <p>FYI - This episode was recording raw and unfiltered on a morning walk, so there is hustle and bustle of London streets in the background.
