Ep 064: Building a Legal Department from Scratch, with Help from Tech

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When</span> <a href= "https://www.linkedin.com/in/jerrylevine/"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Jerry Levine</span></a> <span style= "font-weight: 400;">became general counsel of</span> <a href= "https://www.ipsoft.com/"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">IPsoft</span></a> <span style= "font-weight: 400;">in December 2015, the artificial intelligence company had been in business since 1998, but it had never had an inhouse lawyer.
