<p>Meet my new model: "Phases of CX Proficiency." Bootcamps and other CX/UX schools are always a hot debate and very polarizing. But why is there so much conflict and disagreement? I've been wracking my brain on this topic. Thanks to a chance conversation with my friend, Chris Lenhart, I think I have a model that explains what all the pro-bootcamp/anti-bootcamp fuss is about.
