EP 040: Frida Bruhn, Growth Mindset & Success Coach

A story of strength and courage by a woman who left her husband and the comforts of her home to seek refuge in a woman's shelter with her children. Graced with synchronicity, Frida and I connected on the exact day three years later for this podcast. Today she is a coach and an International Best Selling author. Frida lives in Germany and is mom to six children. She met her first mentor 30 years ago and was coached in television and theatre as an actress and editor. In 2020 she became a founding member of the Jay Shetty Certification School and graduated as the first German Jay Shetty certified Coach. After graduation, Frida started her own successful coaching business. Since April 2021 she has been part of Team Dach, the Association for Coaching (AC). She supports the AC in growing their organizational memberships in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She is convinced that coaching needs to become part of every society, beginning in kindergarten. Frida knows that Coaching is as important for Leadership as it is for individual personal development.
