Who doesn’t want that when trying to grow a business</p> <h3>Time management strategies that work to build your business in 8 to 10 hours a week</h3> <p>Eight hours a week equates to 416 hours a year. That is a lot of time to accomplish what you want to do. Set very specific business hours to work on your business. This needs to be non-negotiable. Holly used 6 to 7:30 each morning to work on her business.</p> <p>You can accomplish a lot in a short amount of time, but if you need more time, choose a longer block of time for a strategy session, for example, 6 to 8 on Saturday morning.</p> <p>Set business hours but also incorporate strategic time to focus on the bigger picture.</p> <p>Take at least two hours a week and map out what’s working, what’s not working, and what you are going to change to reach your goals.</p> <p>In addition, use 1 hour a week on Sunday, to plan for the week ahead.</p> <p>When you have little time, create theme days so that you can focus your time and accomplish the most possible.</p> <p>For example, every Monday is the day for creating content, and every Wednesday is the time for podcasting.
