Engineer turned award winning entrepreneur who is saving bees

<p>Dr Fiona Edwards Murphy has been included in Forbes prestigious 30-under-30 Europe List. Fiona is co-founder and CEO of ApisProtect, a company which uses sensors and internet of things technology to enable beekeepers remotely track data from their hives.
