Ending Marijuana Screening

<p>St. Louis County is about to pass a new bill that ends Marijuana screening for STL County job applicants. This is a recent national trend for states, cities, municipalities, and even private employers to eliminate screening for marijuana. The reason: So many adults now use marijuana in a medical purposes. In addition, the measure is meant to eliminate a hurdle to employment for county residents who use marijuana medicinally and make it easier for the County to recruit and hire workers amid labor shortages.</p>
