Emotions: For Our Help, Not Our Hurt

<p>Feelings can frequently blind us from the truth, prevent us from growing spiritually, and even cause us to harm others with our words and actions. We live in a world that promotes the mantra: “If you feel it then say it, do it and it must be true.” But praise God that as born-again believers we have the Holy Spirit as a guide to help navigate our emotions.</p> <p>Kayte McCoy joins me to share how God has guided her through emotions that stemmed from abuse as a child and then great loss as an adult. We discuss how through His Word and by His Spirit, God can answer the questions, “ Why do I feel this way?
