Let's talk about it.</p> <p>We have to understand our environment is either contributing to the chaos or bringing us back into a positive state of mind, positive state of being.</p> <p>So surrounding yourselves with positive people is essential.</p> <p>Paying attention to what you're watching, saying and thinking is also helpful.</p> <p>Creating healthy habits and healthy routines is also important.</p> <p>Exercise is the #1 way to reduce stress, so creating a healthy workout routine is important.</p> <p>And food is no different, what we eat creates more stress or less stress.</p> <p>So having an overall healthy lifestyle lifestyle is a great way to find positivity in chaos.</p>
