Rather than be silenced by Twitter, Elon Musk has bought a greater than 9% stake in the company and a seat on the board.  A $500 million crypto theft, higher mortgage rates have not slowed down the real estate market – not yet anyway – and Robinhood is offering extended hours trading.  Plus the S&P yields better returns than real estate.  Yes, pretty much always.
