The powerful headline: 'We Don't Need Our Oceans', was run by the Ocean Impact Campaign underwriting a 3-year project driving advanced protection of South Africa’s oceans within Marine Protected Areas (MPAs). We currently only protect 5% of the oceans around South Africa within MPAs. Elma reminds us of the gift that the Oceans are to us, what needs to be done and how we can do our part, no matter how small.
