The entrepreneurial powerhouse behind&nbsp;<a href="https://www.hedleyandbennett.com/" target="_blank">Hedley &amp; Bennett</a>, a Los Angeles–based chef wear and handcrafted apron company,&nbsp;started her own business at age 24 while working as a line cook at not one but two prestigious restaurants in L.A.
