Mwende Macharia
Description

I received a question from a listener: “How do I take criticism graciously and make it work in my favor? I talk about the purpose of feedback, and I give the reasons why feedback often isn’t as effective as it should be. I note that, when you receive honest feedback, you need to act on it--even when you’re wrongly perceived--because it shows the customer that you’re far better than your worst moments.

“Let your action do the talking, because changed behavior is the best apology.”

- Murtaza Versi

This week on the Engage Relate Perform Podcast:

Responding to negative feedback

How to react when feedback is unfair

The power of taking action

Resources Mentioned:

hello@murtazaversi.com

Murtaza Versi on LinkedIn

Engage, Relate, Perform!

I’m Murtaza Versi, and this is Engage Relate Perform, the show that helps leaders and organizations drive long-term results by fostering relationships and enhancing engagement.

Whether you’re looking to improve your team’s performance while impacting lives and driving long-term results, or you already have that dream title, or you’re simply curious about how far you can challenge yourself, this is the show for you.

Get all the latest information at murtazaversi.com/pod and with us at hello@murtazaversi.com.

Don’t forget to subscribe and leave a review wherever you get your podcasts!

Stitcher I <a href= "https://tunein.com/podcas
