Many have already experienced loss and it’s touching all of us.</p> <p>Today’s reminder is that we aren’t broken. There is nothing to fix. What is helpful is self-compassion. That is universal.</p> <p>As hard as it is now, Patty shares that the journey is the experience. Yes, we want life to go back to “normal.” Of course, we want to be on the other side of the pandemic.
