Eartha - Fairy Creek And Racism

Eartha Muirhead is a 68-year-old activist and is one of the first organizers of the Fairy Creek blockade that has become the largest civil disobedience action in Canadian history. She shares the difficulties and risks of being an activist, of growing up as an outsider and going against the stream. She talks about what keeps her going and how she nurtures herself in difficult times. We also discuss systemic racism, white supremacy and internalized oppression from the perspective of a middle-class, white-privileged, queer and disabled woman.
